I had only paid to meet a PA at the time of my contacting Covid. Paid online doctor for meds needed, told to follow up with my primary and when I called office they referred me to THEIR Urgent Care for information on how to care for my self at home with my symptoms I was having. Only had Covid this one time! I got hung up on when I ask why they couldn’t give me aftercare information. When I called back for a referral appointment they gave me one , it snowed I called to cancel at 1145 and they didn’t answer, Called at 1 and was referred to the manager only to be reprimanded and told I abused there staff by verbal words I don’t use. z plus I work by appointment myself and waited until zi knew I couldn’t drive to this 200 appointment because it was snowing hard again and I don’t drive well in snow, I’m an adult and should have been asked what happened before chastised by a much younger and more then unprofessional child. It’s amazing how medical take an oath but never follow it! I’m glad I now have an MD instead of a little young rude PA! Horrible office management Claudia Joseph

This place is amazing. The staff at the front desk were very friendly. Lauren was very thorough on taking preliminary info and took her time. The doctor Natalie was kind, compassionate, caring, and VERY thorough, took her time and didn't rush the appointment, addressing every concern. Nora in the lab was also awesome, didnt even feel the needle. In all my adulthood I have never come across an entire office as professional and caring as this one, from front desk to doctor. Kudos to you all and thank you ❤️

Just please DO NOT go here , my husband called was put on hold multiple times finally he said no he cant hold n they threatened to discharge him........ i tried to call speak on my husband behalf they put me hold for 40 minutes never answered , management donna laughing at patients and telling them there is noone higher then her shes it , not even speaking to his dr she chose on her own discharge him n laugh at him. Please dont do this for a mental health facility this looks really really bad .

Alisha Walker has been treating my husband for a couple of years now. I generally don't go to doctors for myself unless I'm about dying because I haven't found any that I feel listen and care. My husband doesn't drive, so I always take him to see her. Seeing how great she is convinced me to go see her since I have not been feeling well for some time now. It took a while to get in to see her, but it was worth the wait. She is so knowledgeable, friendly, warm and really listens. Thank you Alisha!

I moved to COS a little over a year ago and at first, this office really didn’t seem to have it all together. Part time providers made it really hard to refill necessary prescriptions. I’ve since seen Nicole Klein and Melissa Cooper since about April 2023 and I feel safe and secure with any medical issues I bring to them. Their assistants also make me feel safe and comfortable to confide in! No judgement whatsoever but also very professional. It seems things (like management?) have improved since early to middle 2023 and I’m very thankful to have a supportive PCP now.

I went through a lot of doctors that didn’t care or want to actively help you with other doctors offices. This office and my doctor Natalie Molnar is amazing! Really caring and wants to help. After the pandemic it’s hard to find a doctor that really cares! I feel so blessed to have found her and the other doctors in this office!!
